Directions
- Start by shaping your Glitter Swag base. Because this is the base of your swag, it’s so important to make it a solid foundation. I love to spread all the pieces out, and shape it to look like an upside down Christmas tree.Â
- Layer your Glitter Bell Spray right on top of your swag, with the fun stems sticking up and covering the hanger on the top of your swag base. Ensure you are hiding the stem in the swag base, and attach the stem to the swag base with a cable tie.Â
- Move your swag base stems around to camouflage the stem.Â
- Grab your bow, made out of 2.5″ Red squiggle ribbon. It’s a gorgeous bow! You’ll lay it right on top of the spot where your swag base and stem overlap. Attach it with a cable tie.
- Create depth with your ribbon by trailing the longer back tails down the back of your swag, and curling up the shorter front tail for a fun look. And your swag is all done!Â
TIPS AND TRICKS
- I love this swag because it is so versatile. You could use the same base through the seasons and add different seasonal clusters and bows for a fun look!
- Mix and match your wreath base and cluster. Make it your own! Add some Christmas embellishments or other colors for a fun look that is your personality!
- I use a regular kitchen skillet to melt my glue sticks. This allows me to dip my stems into the glue and place them in my wreath easily. I definitely recommend this if you are making a lot of wreaths.
