Elegant and Easy Lavender Wreath
This beautiful and super easy lavender wreath is proof that an elegant and beautiful design doesn’t have to be complicated and take forever to make! It is so simple that anyone can follow these easy steps to create something great for Spring. We are using two lavender bushes that have such a beautiful and bright purple flower. I think these are perfect for Easter and Springtime. There are just enough stems of greenery that make your wreath nice and full. Allowing a beautiful backdrop to let the Lavender flowers be the star of the show.

When you are creating simple and classic wreaths like this, it’s very important to start your design by picking a direction for your wreath. This will be the direction you stick with that throughout your project. If you start by adding your florals and greenery along the inside of your base, your wreath will be a bit smaller. If you go towards the outside, you’ll end up with a larger wreath overall. We use the midline and just inside of that direction with is simple Lavender wreath design to keep it consistent and classic. What a great project to create a lot in a small amount of time for gifts or extra customer inventory. It will look amazing on your own front door as well!
Directions
- Start with an 18” grapevine wreath base. Break down each lavender bush by pushing the leaves and petals up to the top and cutting them all at the same size.
- Pick a direction for your design and stick with it. Start with the hands of the clock and add a lavender stem into your base. Dry fit them first into the center, then hot glue into the grapevine. Cover any glue with Spanish Moss.
- Add two lavender stems evenly spaced between the previously glued stems. Rotate your wreath base as you go to fill in all the way around.
- Work more towards the inner ring of the wreath base and add a lavender stem in between the stems that were glued along the centerline. Don’t forget to cover hot glue with Spanish Moss if necessary!
It’s always important to remember to make the most of the florals. As well as the greenery you use in each of your designs. These Lavender bushes are pushers, which allows you to push the petals and leaves upon each of your stems. When you cut the extra stem from the bottom, you’ll have a much fuller piece of greenery. This helps you make the most of each bush you use. Using fewer supplies and still creating a beautiful and full project is a win-win in my book!

- Stem back and look at your your centerpiece. Are thier bald or blank spaces? Fluff you black garland to fill and use the wires in your products from Keleas.com to really get the pieces where you want them.
- Grab one of your Glitter Curly Velvet Ball Picks and trim the stem down to a couple of inches. Fluff out your pick, and then place it to the left of your bow, tucking it behind the bow to have it peek out from behind it.
