Ingredients
Directions
- Using your 18” grapevine, add your floral wire wreath hanger up top to prepare. Mount on your workspace for good visual creation.
- With our bright beautiful orange and yellow mixed bushes, we will get started on this wreath. Get the mixed bushes trimmed from the bundles and organize them a bit, sorting your flowers into groups. Dahlias, peonies, delphiniums, etc.
- Pull out the Goldeneye Dahlia Ranunculus to add first. Adding some hot glue to the end of your delphinium, insert into the grapevine. Add a bit of faux moss to cover up the hot glue
- Add some, not many, floral clusters around your grapevine, adding a bit here and there. Always remembering to keep the overall vision of your final product in your head. Be sure you have worked your florals so they are fluffed and beautiful.
- Fill in with some greenery, supporting your floral clusters. Remember to use the faux moss to hide your hot glue.
- Eyeball where you want to add your premade bow. Once you have determined placement, go ahead and more floral clusters that will serve as a support in the proper angles for the bow, working out and around your wreath.
- I am using a premade 3-2-1 bow. Work your cable ties in through your grapevine. Pull nice and tight so it is secure. Remove excess cable tie. Position your bow tails so they flow down around the floral cluster you added.
- Create a few more floral clusters with your remaining mixed bush pieces, and place them around your grapevine. Be sure to maintain the flow and angles of your wreath.
- Since I didn’t want the white flowers that were in this bundle, I simply cut them out.
- Pop in more greenery to support the floral clusters you have added to fill in your wreath. If you don’t use all of the greenery or your florals, that is ok. Just save them for another project.
- Grab some of your small yellow pumpkins, gourds, and wood skewers. Add hot glue to your skewer ends, then poke into your pumpkin to create your own picks
- Trim skewers to be the size you need. Eyeball where you will add your pumpkins/gourd and insert directly into the wreath to best support your bow and florals. Add one close to the center of your bow to tie it all together.
- Add your brown wispy bush, pushing it up so it is nice and full. Place it in as a filler, poking out and around your wreath. I just love this bush so much.
- Continue to add greenery in empty places to complete the look of this beautiful fall wreath.
